How We Inspect Your Products
General Inspection
Regardless of whether you opt for our Pro or Basic plan, our team of technicians, who have extensive experience as aftersales technicians for plastic machinery, will visit your machine/mold supplier’s factory to conduct detailed inspections. Drawing on their unique insights into machinery, they will identify any design or manufacturing defects that may impact product quality.
In the event of defective products, if you have chosen our selected suppliers, we will resolve the quality issues without charging additional fees. However, if you are using your own suppliers, we will work with them on your behalf until the problems are resolved. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the logistics costs, travel fees, and any other related expenses in such cases.
