Our Pro Plan offers comprehensive assistance in sourcing the ideal supplier in China. We will help you obtain quotes, provide manufacturing solutions, and all of this comes at no cost to you.

Once you are content with the price and sample, you can proceed to place your order. We will take care of mass production, conduct quality inspections, and handle door-to-door logistics.

With Suntech, we guarantee product quality and offer free replacements or compensation in case of any quality issues.

Basic Plan

If you choose to utilize your own suppliers in China, we can work together with them to ensure that your products are manufactured to meet your specific requirements.

Once your suppliers ship the goods to our warehouse, we will carry out quality inspections and organize door-to-door logistics.

Service Fee: 5% of the product value, with a minimum fee of $100.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Pro Plan allows you to purchase directly from Suntech’s supplier network, with Suntech guaranteeing product quality and providing compensation for any quality issues. The Basic Plan, on the other hand, allows you to use your own supplier resources, with Suntech negotiating with your supplier to resolve quality issues, but the final loss is borne by you or your supplier.

Yes, you can. If you have multiple products to source, you can create a Basic Plan Ordering and Purchasing for products from your own suppliers and a Pro Plan order for products bought from Suntech’s suppliers.

For the Basic Plan, the service fee is 5% of the product value. If the total service fee is less than $100, we will still charge a minimum service fee of $100.

For both the Basic and Pro Plans, you can place a single order for multiple products if the average purchasing amount for each product is above $500. A handling fee of $25 per product will be imposed for products that do not meet the $500 standard. Packaging and accessories are not charged separately.

In most circumstances, we cannot disclose supplier details. However, we are more than willing to assist our clients in conducting on-site factory inspections.

By default, we provide free quality inspections according to ISO 9001 or CE EN 60204-1-2018 standards and MSR Machine Safty Regulation, regardless of whether the cargo has been reworked by factories due to previous quality issues.

We also offer inspections at a higher ratio or on a one-by-one basis, but this service is charged separately and quoted accordingly.

Photos start at $3 each. However, Pro Plan users can receive three free white background photos for each product they purchase over $500.
